Our planning process for weddings
Intake Questionnaire
As an official June Beri couple, you receive our Intake Questionnaire, so we can tailor everything to you.
Your planning portal
Our team reviews every answer and builds your personalized planning portal, the central hub for your entire wedding.
Onboarding
Up to an hour and a half on Google Meet to set your vision, your priorities and your plan. From here you're planning with every tool in hand, plus unlimited email support from our team.
Your planner steps in
Full Service At Onboarding, with our team of specialists and a custom communication plan built around you.
Partial Planning 6 months out, when your monthly 1:1 calls begin. Vendor collaboration starts at 5 months.
Wedding Management Your planner is assigned about 90 days out, and your first call together is your 60-day check-in.
Check-in
Wedding Management: your first call with your planner, covering where everything stands and what's left. Partial Planning couples cover this in their monthly 1:1 calls, and Full Service couples through their custom communication plan.
In-person venue walkthrough
At your venue, walking through every logistical detail. Your final payment is due.
Master timeline
Built with and sent to every vendor, so everyone arrives knowing exactly what to do and when. No more planning in a bubble.
Rehearsal
Included in Partial Planning and Full Service, and available to add to Wedding Management.
