Planning a wedding is a lot. We’re not going to pretend it isn’t.
Hundreds of decisions, a dozen vendors and a group chat that never sleeps. The earlier we get to work together, the better, because our team hands you the tools and resources up front. No hunting for checklists. No searching for answers. We don’t wait until the eleventh hour to get you information.
Once your Intake Questionnaire is in, our team builds your personalized planning portal (it takes us 7 to 10 days to do it right) and schedules your Onboarding. From there, you’re planning with everything in hand.
We plan from our office in Clinton, Hunterdon County, for couples from across the country and around the world, anywhere along the East Coast. Close to home, many of our weddings are in New Jersey’s Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset and Warren counties, and in Pennsylvania’s Bucks County, Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia.

The Fine Print
- Your investment is $18,000, or 18% of your overall wedding budget when that budget exceeds $100,000.
- Your guest list and RSVPs stay with you; we build your floor plans and seating from them.
- Ceremony somewhere other than your reception? No extra fee.
- Holiday dates carry an additional fee, set out in your agreement before you sign.
- Venue an hour or more from our office? You provide one hotel room for our team (two queen beds, at your room block hotel or one close to the venue), usually for two nights.
- Payments: 50% to reserve your date, 25% halfway between booking and your final payment, and the final 25% at 45 days out.
- We take a limited number of Full Service couples each year, so each one gets our very best.
Partial Planning
You make the calls. We make sure they’re the right ones.
Best forCouples who’ve started planning and want a pro for the tricky parts: vendors, floor plans and timelines.
Your planner steps in 6 months out with monthly 1:1 calls, starts working with your vendors at 5 months and runs your rehearsal. The closer you get, the more we carry.
