Just because you're hosting doesn't mean you want to be the one running around all day.
We bring the same care we give every wedding. Take just the design, or hand us the whole day and spend it with your guests instead of in the kitchen. Planned from our office in Clinton, Hunterdon County, anywhere from a private residence to a restaurant.
Close to home, many of our events are in New Jersey's Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset and Warren counties, and in Pennsylvania's Bucks County, Lehigh Valley and Philadelphia.

Full Production
We design it, plan it and run it. You're a guest at your own party.

What's Included
- Everything in Event Design & Planning
- We confirm and coordinate every vendor you book
- For up to 75 guests, a member of our team on site for up to 5 hours: 1 hour of setup, 3 hours of event and 1 hour of breakdown
- We place your personal touches: centerpieces, favors, signage, table numbers, photos, the guest book and the gift table
- We write your signage wording and order your signs once you approve them (printing is your cost)
- Point of contact for your vendors and guests
- We pack up your personal items at the end
The Fine Print
- 50% when you book and 50% 45 days before your event.
- More than 75 guests or more time on site? We'll quote it.
- Holiday dates carry an additional fee, set out in your agreement before you sign.
- Travel beyond 30 miles from our office is billed at the IRS mileage rate.
- Venue an hour or more from our office? You provide one hotel room for our planner for the night of your event.
- Your vendors set up their own work (food, rentals, balloons, backdrops), and we oversee it.
- One postponement within 12 months: $250.

We design it and plan it. You run the day with the whole timeline in your pocket.

- Four 30-minute calls in all, on a set roadmap: kickoff, design review, details and final

- Additional calls or design changes are $100 per hour.

- A 30-minute design review call, plus one round of changes within 30 days of delivery
